Are animals allowed on the site?
Animals are friends, but not allowed on the site no matter the organized event.
Is there an ATM?
There is an ATM only during the Foire de Grenoble (November), Artisa and Naturissima (November / December).
Is there a possibility that I will be photographed during an event? Can the photo be shown?
On the Alpexpo website: visitors are encouraged to take pictures and videos of the exhibition in the framework of the event’s coverage and promotion or any other public event taking place in Alpexpo. Through his presence at the Salon, he acquiesced – in the eventuality of appearing on images – to their publication.
Is there a smoking area on site?
The buildings of Alpexpo are non-smoking, so there is no space for this purpose.
What are the opening hours of Alpexpo?
From Monday to Thursday : 8:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 18:00
Friday: 8:00 – 12:00 / 14:00 – 17:00
Closed Saturday and Sunday except during a trade fair (see timetables on the website of the fair concerned).
Where can I park?
3800 free parking spaces are available near Alpexpo.
Is there privileged access for disabled?
If you are a person with reduced mobility; privileged access is reserved for you and your companion. Please go directly to the security agents to get to the event as a matter of priority. Reserved parking spaces. Equipped washrooms.
Can we eat on site?
Visitors are invited to eat during the trade fairs, and refer to the exhibition sites.
What are the safety instructions to be taken into account?
Detection, and searches bags at the entrance to the site.
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to introduce glass bottles (only plastic bottles without stoppers) into the site, from weapons, explosives, and, in general, any object likely to serve as a projectile. It is also forbidden to introduce any dangerous object or pyrotechnic article into the site, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature.
Prohibited (non-hazardous) objects can be placed in the locked room at the entrance of the establishment. Hazardous objects (firearms, explosive or flammable substances) can not be accepted
Are there any changing rooms on the site?
Changing rooms are available for visitors during trade fairs, please refer to the venues of the exhibitions.
